How much does a website cost?
It depends above all on how you pay for it, not on what the work costs.
The classic model
It asks for everything up front. A custom website is usually quoted from a few hundred euros for a simple showcase up to several thousand when real features are needed. The site is yours, but maintenance, updates and fixes are almost always separate — and after a couple of years it has to be rebuilt from scratch.
Here
€16.99 a month for the website, €3.99 a month for every feature you add. No setup fee, nothing up front. The first year costs €203.88 — and that includes maintenance, bug fixes and support, not just delivery.
The domain stays separate, around €20 a year, and it doesn't go through me: it's yours and it stays yours even if one day you decide to leave.
€3.99 is the code. Usage is separate.
The point of such a low price is this: I don't want to ask you for an upfront investment of thousands of euros to build the software and then leave you alone after a few months. I ask €3.99 a month per feature, and in return that feature stays alive — I update it, I repair it, I let it evolve along with your business. Whoever sells a website once cashes in and disappears. Here the relationship carries on, and that is exactly why the price is small and recurring instead of large and one-off.
This is the price today, not the price forever: when I reach 15 clients I'll drop the bundle discount for new contracts. Anyone already on board keeps paying what they signed — I don't raise prices on people who are already here.
Each module's monthly fee covers development, integration and maintenance of the feature. Some modules, however, use services that cost on every use: every SMS sent, email at high volume, video storage, payment fees. Those costs depend on how much you use the module, so they can't sit inside a fixed fee: I bill them separately, based on actual usage, on a separate invoice and with no markup.
Before activating one of these modules we estimate the expected usage together, so you know in advance what to expect on the bill.

The module fee covers development, integration and maintenance of the feature. Services that cost on every use — SMS and email sending, video storage and streaming, payment fees — are billed separately, based on actual usage, on a separate invoice and with no markup.
Bug fixes
If something built for the site stops working properly, it gets fixed to restore correct operation. Included in the base website, with no limits.
Technical maintenance
Scheduled technical checks and updates, roughly once or twice a year: system updates, security checks, dependency upgrades. Included in the base website.
If the site goes down
An outage can come from things I don't control: the datacentre, the domain provider, an external service. I don't promise it will never happen — I promise you the reaction time. As soon as I notice it or you report it I step in, and in nearly every case the site is back online within hours.
What is NOT included
New pages, new features, substantial content changes and extra requests are not part of the fee: they are added as a module or with a separate quote.
Database
The base website includes a database with 512 MB of storage and 500 connections. If you exceed the limits, it can be upgraded to a paid plan, at a transparent cost.
Backups
Not included in the fee. Automatic backups carry separate storage and infrastructure costs: if you need them, they're defined with a dedicated quote.
Frequently asked questions
What does it mean that €3.99 is "the cost of the code"?
That the fee pays for the feature: building it, integrating it into your site and maintaining it over time. If that feature then consumes external services — sending 2,000 SMS, hosting 40 GB of video — that usage has a real cost which I pass on with no markup, on a separate invoice. So you don't pay for traffic you don't generate, and I don't lose money if you do.
How does the bundle discount work?
It applies by itself. If you select every module in a family, the total automatically switches to the bundle price: you don't have to choose between "single" and "bundle", the configurator always gives you the lowest price.
Can I add or remove a module later?
Yes, at any time. Adding a module takes the time needed to build it; removing one takes effect from the following month.
Can I cancel the subscription whenever I want?
Yes, with no contractual commitment and no penalties.
What happens if I exceed the database storage limit?
If you reach the 512 MB of the included database, you move to a paid plan. I warn you before it happens, not after.
Is the domain included?
No, the domain is paid separately and costs around €20 a year. You can use one you already own or register a new one.
